This is the first of a series of videos in which I tackle the difficult question of where to invest during a crisis. It doesn’t matter what crisis it is. The Global Financial Crisis, Coronavirus Pandemic, The Great Depression or Recession, whatever. One thing that is clear is that if we’re not in a crisis then the next crisis is usually right around the corner.

So where do you invest your money during a crisis? Or where do you invest if you want to be prepared for a crisis? When you’ve finished watching these videos you will know where to invest in these situations.

In this video I specifically focus on where to invest in a crisis when you need to keep money on hand. Where do you invest if you can only use expendable capital? Perhaps you need to be prepared for emergencies. Or you’re afraid that you may have a sudden drop in income? What if you need that money? Where do you find the liquid investments that will give you immediate access to your money?

If you feel you may need your money back sooner rather than later then you need to know where to invest money for 1 year or less. Locking your money into a long-term investment can put your immediate needs at risk. At the same time, it would be nice if your investment earned more than inflation. Don’t let the coronavirus stop you from investing. Know where to invest in a lockdown. We cannot afford to let these crises stop us from achieving our life goals.
